I had two men come out Quincy and another man. The other man was extremely lazy. He stayed on his phone and kept making trips to the bathroom and his car. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a 15 foot truck 1 bedroom set 6 totes and 40 bags of clothes couch and they were not able to fit it all on the truck

Everything went well until after they left and found out that they had not secured one of the UPA relatives doors properly, and the wind swept the heavy door open and hit a vehicle parked in the adjacent parking spot!!!!

I just have to say, we’ve moved 34 times in the last 43 years and this move by far was the least stressful of all of our previous moves. The movers were fantastic. Very professional. They took a lot of pride in the work they were performing. They protected our furniture, took care not to hit or mark any walls. If by chance we ever move again CmAC is the only game in town. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking one of our crews, you can expect an introductory phone call to discuss your move and provide you with a contact for your move. During this call we will try to provide useful tips to help make your move more efficient and effective for all parties.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will receive a phone call from our crew lead 30 minutes before arrival. During this call they will introduce themselves and provide an estimate time of arrival. Once the crew arrives and personal introductions have been made, the crew will do a walk through with the homeowner so that they can get a better understanding of your needs. After the walk through, the crew will set up the protective equipment (door jam protector/Rug Runner) and begin the process of your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First you want to make sure you are prepared and know exactly what/where you would like moved (especially for loads). Having all items that can fit into a box packed into a box will save tremendous amounts of time and money for your move. Also suggest having all the proper materials available, i.e. Shrink Wrap/Tape. Labeling boxes and knowing where you want furniture placed are also great tips to save time

We take all crew members through an extensive training process that not only measures their experience with proper handling of furniture but also provides them with an understand of the level of professionalism and work ethic that we expect from all crew members.
