These guys were awesome. On time and prepared. They were very careful with everything. The knew I was moving over 2000 miles so they packed everything accordingly. They loaded the truck perfectly, nothing shifted while traveling. I've arrived and unpacked - not one item was broken. THANK YOU!

Didn’t like the fact that the supervisor arrived at the gate at 8 40 and I checked with him at 8 50 and he stated he was waiting for the other workers. So, at 9 30 I went to the gate and the workers were there as well.I opened the gate to let them in and was charged from 9 00 while they sat at the gate. I said you could have called me but got no response from supervisor. So I paid for 3 hrs and got only 2 and a half hrs of work out of them if that because they went to lunch before I was notified that my hours were up. Not satisfied.

Moving is streefull. I worried about my shipping container arriving when it was supposed to and then the helpers had to arrive on when it got here. Everything worked out with perfect timing. Helpers were on time, efficient and friendly. Very happy with the service.

man when I say these guys are great, they came on time and organized everything that needed to be done. the guy who took my reservation was outstanding also. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Upon booking one of our crews, you can expect an introductory phone call to discuss your move and provide you with a contact for your move. During this call we will try to provide useful tips to help make your move more efficient and effective for all parties.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will receive a phone call from our crew lead 30 minutes before arrival. During this call they will introduce themselves and provide an estimate time of arrival. Once the crew arrives and personal introductions have been made, the crew will do a walk through with the homeowner so that they can get a better understanding of your needs. After the walk through, the crew will set up the protective equipment (door jam protector/Rug Runner) and begin the process of your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First you want to make sure you are prepared and know exactly what/where you would like moved (especially for loads). Having all items that can fit into a box packed into a box will save tremendous amounts of time and money for your move. Also suggest having all the proper materials available, i.e. Shrink Wrap/Tape. Labeling boxes and knowing where you want furniture placed are also great tips to save time

We service the state of Nevada focused on the Las Vegas/Henderson/Summerlin areas. We can provide labor services for both residential/apartment and business/commercial moves.
