Used Infinity Movers for the 2nd time. Loaded a storage unit into a moving van and then unloaded at my residence. Had asked for 4 movers but one wasn't feeling well, and Mike made the right call to not have them show up. So with 3 movers, Mike, Dave and James worked tirelessly and did an amazing job. Mike really knows how to load a moving van and they all did a great job unloading. Definitely my go to moving team from here on out!

Michael and James were on time and they really worked hard getting everything packed and loaded in our pod with room to spare. Thanks to their knowledge we were able to take several items I thought we would have to leave behind. Michael also reminded me about the attachments to my mixer which I had completely forgot about showing he is an experienced mover. Both Michael and James take great pride in their work and if the opportunity arises we would definitely use them again. It is stressful enough moving but this team provided great customer service and care and did an outstanding job. We cannot thank them enough.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Pack as much as you can into boxes. This will provide greater protection for your belongings and will make loading your truck/trailer/pod much easier. Unusually shaped items take up more space and make loading more difficult. Packing and padding your items are keys to having a successful move. Don't skimp on packing supplies. They are far cheaper than broken or damaged belongings. Start packing several weeks before your move date, taking it one room at a time. Begin with things you use less frequently.
