Never received a phone call for confirmation of my booking. The Wednesday before my Saturday move, I called the number in my email. There was no indication this was the right number for Momentum Movers, just a standard message saying the person i was trying to reach was not available. I left a message indicating I have not heard anything about the move I scheduled. About an hour later I received an email from HireAHelper indicating Momentum Movers has cancelled my move scheduled for Saturday. I guess I can thank them for at least giving me 2 days to find someone else but it would have been good business to at least call the person back and not just cancel the order.
