Service providers were friendly and showed up on time, but it all went downhill from there. Only a few items required assembly, but later I found I had to reassemble most of them, including a wood bed frame that if I hadn't noticed needed to be reassembled before using a lot of damage to it would have occurred. Also, minor scuffs on wall would be understable due to the size of some items. But I noticed there were parts of the walls and ceiling which had been hit so hard that visible dents were made in a brand new home. And no mention was made of this damage by movers. So I will have to have some remediation work done.

Ronald and his team were fantastic. Ronald stayed in touch with me before my moving date and was quick to respond if I had questions. On the day of th love he was punctual, quick and efficient. All my furniture and boxes were placed where I needed them and even though I had misplaced the screws for my bed, he "Gerry-rigged" the bed with his own screws. It was above and beyond. I would definitely recommend Quality Moving.

Please know this is nothing personal regarding the movers themselves as they were pleasant. I will never use HireAHelper for future moving needs. The men came brutally unprepared--using all my blankets, towels, sheets, boxes, and Gorilla Tape to load/secure my belongings in the POD. When making the decision to use this service I was told the movers would provide all of the above following as well as ropes to secure all of my belongings to ensure safe arrival of my things. I am extremely apprehensive for the day to arrive to unload my POD and to find what may be damaged. Speaking of, as they were loading things into my POD, furniture was damaged. I have moved 3 times within the last 4 years and not a single thing has ever been damaged until this move. Also I found it redundant for the movers to call every day for an entire week leading up to moving day. One call the day before to confirm moving time would be sufficient. Sorry for such a crummy review. I wish I had something more positive to say.

DON'T LET YOUR LACK OF PREPARATION AND NO MOVING BLANKETS be a REFLECTION ON MY SERVICE. YOU HAD TOO MUCH HIGH END STUFF & not 1 blanket. Again, no moving blankets are ever provided,, that's CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY

Strong, knowledgeable and friendly moving experience. Specializing in direct placement of household goods per room. Our main Foreman/Owner Ronald Butcher has been decorating and customizing homes from his experience watching his mother as a high-end interior designer for the greater Hollywood and Pasadena California surrounding cities from 1979-1990. He has the "know-how" and talent at placement and interior design. Passionate about moving; He is always on Hire-a-Helper job sites for your piece of mind.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Let us do the work and not be stressed out or concerned. We're the best and very patient.
What types of moves have you handled?
Everything and anything. No job too big or too small. Moving is second nature to myself (Ronald) and my employees. . work with the industries best!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and proudly taking them "home".
What training do you provide your crew members?
4 hrs of moving related training videos. 4-6 hrs of hands on paid apprenticeship peace work prior to full/part time work.
