Ronald and Jeff were outstanding. Ronald communicated with me every step of the way, and even accommodated change in schedule necessitated buy my piano mover not coming when he promised he would. I simply cannot recommend Ronald highly enough.

We can't recommend these guys. They worked hard and packed the pod tightly so if you just have a bunch of stuff you want jammed in a pod then they might work for you. Unfortunately they weren't listening to our requests and we're seriously concerned about what our belongings will look like when we unload that pod. We were packing for both the pod and a short 4-month apartment stay and were still trying to finish up when they started working. They were haphazardly grabbing things from all over the house, even things we said we were still working on and/or were going to the apartment. Now that we're in the apartment there are things we can't find (i.e. my wrench set, our frying pan which was the only one we wanted for the short stay, and what else we don't know yet). We don't think they stole them they just packed them in the pod... we hope. This morning we discovered we couldn't even fry an egg until we go buy a new pan! Were they respectful of our property? We have to say no.

Ron and his crew are amazing! This is the second time I've used Quality Moving and they never disappoint. If you are looking for Quality-- look no further. They were early to the job, extremely prepared (furniture blankets, tie downs, stretch wrap, etc.), they worked hard, and were extremely respectful of my things-- especially my artwork. I would use Ron's services in the future without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Strong, knowledgeable and friendly moving experience. Specializing in direct placement of household goods per room. Our main Foreman/Owner Ronald Butcher has been decorating and customizing homes from his experience watching his mother as a high-end interior designer for the greater Hollywood and Pasadena California surrounding cities from 1979-1990. He has the "know-how" and talent at placement and interior design. Passionate about moving; He is always on Hire-a-Helper job sites for your piece of mind.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Let us do the work and not be stressed out or concerned. We're the best and very patient.
What types of moves have you handled?
Everything and anything. No job too big or too small. Moving is second nature to myself (Ronald) and my employees. . work with the industries best!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people and proudly taking them "home".
What training do you provide your crew members?
4 hrs of moving related training videos. 4-6 hrs of hands on paid apprenticeship peace work prior to full/part time work.
