Eric Tyler and his assistants asked to start at 8:30 am about an hour and a half before the scheduled time. This was a welcome change as we wanted to start early. Eric arrived a few minutes after 9 am which was fine. I had booked 2 guys for 2 hours and the day before Eric asked to add one more person for $20 per hour. He said it flows better with 3 and I trusted his judgement. My son and I had started around 8 am that day with the smaller things and the truck was empty by 9:20 am. Overall Eric and his crew were very professional, responsive and co-operative. I would hire them again as they made my life simpler. They were very careful and did not damage anything. I highly recommend Top Flight Movers Vegas with no reservations and I have referred business to them already!

Top Flight Movers did a excellent job on our move! They were very efficient, completing the job an hour ahead of schedule. I would absolutely recommend them!

There was good and bad, so I'm giving Top Flight a neutral rating. I understand that things happen and sometimes schedules have to shift around, but I got called at 10am (for a 10-11am) move and was told that due to circumstances beyond their control it would be 3pm before they could do the job. Not great news, but at least I had been given a new time. 3pm came and went and I heard nothing. I called back at 3:30pm and was told it would be 4:30pm. That came and went and I called again. After some back and forth, they finally showed up at 6:20pm. They made up for it by sending 6 guys instead of the promised 2, and they knocked out the truck in 15 minutes. Again, I appreciate that it might have been a nightmare day, but I only had one day in town helping my son move into his first apartment, and we had other tasks to complete before I flew home early Sunday morning. Instead, we spent most of the afternoon waiting.

Top Flight Movers were a great help. We had already finished getting everything into the moving truck and were flexible in meeting us at the end destination to help unload the moving truck into the new space. I was grateful for their help and would recommend them. If needed, I would use their service again.

Hired 3 guys for 2 hours, about half of a 26' Penske, a lot of heavy furniture, couches, bedroom sets, etc. They killed it! Super nice, professional, treated everything with care while moving it. We couldn't have asked for a better crew or be more happy with their work! We will recommend Top Flight Movers to everyone and use them for any future moves.

Top Flight was able to arrive earlier than scheduled and reached out to me to coordinate moving my things. They were very careful in the way they worked with loading my belongings onto the truck.

I rarely write reviews but I think it's important that people know about these movers.
I booked them a month in advance with two movers for two hours and their policy stated they will stay an extra hour and get paid if needed. On the day of move, they showed up with three people saying they "automatically upgrade to three people" and demanded extra payment in cash to which I agreed as long as they the job done. They showed up in a car that needed jump starting, had no dolleys or equipment for moving. After two hours they were not able to complete the move, refused to stay additional hour and left half of our stuff in the house, ad some at the door of the truck. They refused to honor their commitment despite hireahelper involvement. We had to arrange other movers in emergency paying double the cost. On top of that, the way they dumped our stuff in the truck was horrible (did not use padding despite us providing, threw stuff around and did not stack boxes) and we ended up with a lot of damaged items and furniture at the end of our move because of them.
In short if you book these people, know that they are unprofessional, uncourteous and will cause you a big headache.
Edit: I just found that these guys have a reputation of ruining moves. Search on Google with "Top flights movers omaha", their old profile (Top flight movers) will come up and the Google reviews tell all.
