I hired You move, we move in June to load up 3 PODs for a move from Henderson to California. My stuff has been in storage and undisturbed for 2 months. To my HORROR when I was ready to unload and move into my new place I discovered the HORRIFIC job these people did. When I opened the PODS stuff came falling out. They took ABSOLUTELY NO CARE for any of my things. Furniture is damaged, Lamp shades crushed, boxes clearly marked fragile are upside down. Lamp shades thrown across a bike chain. It's unbelievable!!!!! I have moved three times over the last 15 years and I've never experienced something so completely unprofessional. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! I"M WARNING YOU!!

YOU MOVE, WE MOVE, INC. did not specify in their service profile that they required at least a 4 hour minimum at my location. They declined my request for service which put me in a bind as I only had one day to take off work to unload my property and had to scramble to find last minute help. A simple phone call from them would have been appreciated and I may have paid their 4 hour minimum if they would have extended me this courtesy.
I also apologize for not giving you a call and the manager-on-duty's neglect has cost him his job.
