I have a registered and insured moving and delivery company with a well experience team with over five years of moving, delivery and furniture assembly experience. I have been assembling IKEA furniture and furniture from other furniture stores for over three years. we also haul away all our junk/unwanted furniture and other waste. excellent tv mounting experience. we response really quickly and keep our promises. we are just what you are looking for. we also have the most experience pool table MOVING team, with over five years experience assembling and moving pool tables.

They started early, very prompt and quick with packing and moving. Friendly and professional demeanor of movers. Very strong and able to lift and move heavy stuff. They brought their own wrap, padding, etc. to facilitate better transportation of fragile items. Even brought their own handyman to help dismantle anddd assemble the items back again. Brilliant. Will recommend to anyone.

I would not hire for this company again. They were very late and I felt uncomfortable at the fact that I was told they could not leave until I paid first. The last company I hired did the job then left and just told me to contact Hire a helper to confirm the job was completed and make the payment.
Also, I know you know that payment is due upon completion of the job. We did not know that asking you to pay after the completed makes you feel uncomfortable. Sorry about that.

My biggest advice is to read the other reviews. I hired 2 movers for 2 hours a year ago and it was a 5 start experience. Moving out of the same place with the same amount of stuff, I hired these movers because my last movers were booked. It took these movers 5 hours to do what it took the other movers 2 hours to do (travel time not included). Then the “owner” called me about the overage and asking for final payment and to pay it by “tip”. DO NOT DO THIS. I called Hire a Helper immediately who told me that was against their policy and that’s the way the movers get away with scamming. My guess is they purposely took a long time so I would go over so they could have me “tip” the overage and they get to bank on more than if I paid properly. The 2 movers were night but clearly inexperienced not to mention I had to pay for another moving van because they couldn’t even fit all of my stuff in the van (same size I moved in with). Lesson learned. There’s a reason most movers who come with trucks cost 1K minimum.

2nd Location, Unloading a 17' truck into a House:
~41 miles (48 minutes) travel
6410 Oglethorpe Mill Drive
Brandywine, MD 20613
(1 flight of stairs). Just the drive time alone was 1h 03min (traffic). It too 2hrs to break down your furniture, pack your stuff and loaded into the truck. Drove for 1h 03min (you can check the drive time yourself). Then another 2hrs to unload and put the furniture back together. You requested a 17ft truck that is why we brought it. It was two bedrooms, living and kitchen. With stairs at both locations.
Typically, when they are stairs the move takes longer than when there are no stairs, because we have to protect your walls as well as protect your stuff. Our policy is caring. We ensure our customers stuff are properly taken care of. I am glad we did not damage your stuff. Your parents were there. They confessed that they did not know that they have that much stuff. Remember that you also had stuff in your garage.
Few recommendations to reduce the time taken to move:
1. Pack up everything you need into boxes ?? seal ready to go. Packing consumes time and if you pack your movers will just come and start loading into the truck.
2. Get everything that you don't need to go out of the way.
3. Don't Book your appointment during resh hours. There is usually traffic during rush hours

We had an extraordinarily short notice move, and they were able to help us out on a moments notice. And the service was absolutely outstanding. They were very thorough very kind and very meticulous in the packing and unpacking of everything we moved.

The movers did an incredible job! I’ve used countless movers in the past, but no movers have ever taken such care with my belongings. From the way they wrapped my furniture to the detailed explanation of the storage, they are definitely unmatched! I highly recommend this company and they will absolutely be my go to movers going forward!

Do yourself a favor and find real moving professionals. This company is NOT it! They broke a number of stuff. Wasted time talking on the phone while i'm paying hourly. I will post pictures once I get a chance but I'm still tallying up list of broken things. They have no skills whatsoever in packing or moving. I kept having to buy materials because one of their men didn't know how to wrap things and kept wasting it. They mounted heavy things on top of my laundry basket, distorting it. Common sense tells you to place heavier items on the bottom when loading but not these geniuses. Some boxes were not taped, why because they just didn't feel like it. They will throw items in the truck however and ruin your items. Oh and to top things off I tried contacting them before writing this review and the phone number was unreachable. I would NOT HIRE THEM!
But the mover and you confirmed to me that day that they were no damages. The mover loaded into the trailer to be transported out of State. Maybe be it was during transportation or those who unloaded
