My experience with Your local movers was not great.They called to notify me of coming early only to show up 1.5 hours late. When they arrived I had a pay a separate fee because it was deemed a “long haul” and was not clearly stated prior to loading. I was charged to use a Budget rental truck to load my belongings. Before the loading process and during the walk through, I was highly ensured that all of my belongings would fit into the container. Near the end of the process I was told to pick my valuables that they couldn’t load resulting in spending and additional $3000 to order another container. I also had to prompt the helper to load small items to fill the gaps( he appeared to not know that process). When my Pod was picked up the next day my driver told me that it was no where near capacity and the movers didn’t pack it efficiently. Highly disappointed, frustrating, and dissatisfied with the company. The lack of experience with Kyree and his partner did not prove to me that he had 7 years experience with moving. When people are moving across the country the don’t expect to spend thousands of dollars that wasn’t budgeted for, and especially when it wasn’t their fault.

The movers got here very polite started right in and got the job done in very good time. One of the movers was here the first time when we moved stuff into the pod so we were glad he was here this time

Kyree and Zay saved our asses today. We hired them for 2 hours, it took 6, they were kind and determined, and they moved all our stuff.
They are our champions and deserve raises, riches, and fancy steak dinners.

Lead by Kyree my moving team was amazing. They were on time and ready from the get go. Super efficient and aware of my time limits. They were careful with my items and all of them were friendly. I would hire all three again. Thanks guys!!!

The movers showed up almost two hours late. They told me they could not stay longer than two hours. They asked to use my restroom multiple times ( I am assuming to stall). They threw my belongings in the pods. Broke my rowing machine screen and bike screen. Did not pack efficiently. My husband and I had to take everything out of the pod and repack it ourselves. We tried to call their manager and all they said was to file a damage report. Do not hire!!!!!
Regarding bathroom breaks, we respect our team's basic needs, provided they don't significantly impact job completion times. According to our records, this job was finished within the designated timeframe.
Our standard procedure involves our lead taking three photos per job to document the packing process. Based on these images, our team packed the pod as efficiently and safely as possible given the circumstances.

They came out the first day and had a lot packed in just two hours. When they saw they wouldn’t finish they offered to come back out a second time to get the job done. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend to anyone who needs movers to help them.

When a customer books with us, they can expect a range of services that will make their moving process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. A personal move manager is assigned to you. They will be your main form of contact from start to finish of your project. On the day of the move, we will arrive at your home with a team of professional movers and all the necessary equipment and supplies to pack and move your belongings safely and efficiently.
