They came out the first day and had a lot packed in just two hours. When they saw they wouldn’t finish they offered to come back out a second time to get the job done. They worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend to anyone who needs movers to help them.

You're better off calling a service directly. This scheduling is 3rd party, so the date and time that I booked was available via the 3rd party website, but the movers weren't actually available. This delayed the job by 2 days. Communication between the 3rd party service and moving companies needs improvement.
The movers were equipped for the job, though not terribly respectful in their choice of language.

They were not prepared for the job. They had no dolly or equipment. I had advised in my appointment that there were stairs, but that appeared to be a surprise. They damaged my dresser (took a chunk out of it) and elbowed a whole into my couch. They showed up with no general moving equipment and at least one member showed up smelling of weed. One member, although helpful with the job, sighed and complained throughout the move. I would not use them again.

Property damage: We take the damage to your dresser and couch very seriously. Please contact our claims department immediately so we can initiate the process to address these damages.
Unprofessional conduct: The behavior you've described - a team member smelling of marijuana and another complaining throughout the job - is completely unacceptable. We have strict policies against substance use on the job and expect our team members to maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
Inadequate equipment: Our teams should always arrive fully equipped for the job. We're investigating why this didn't happen in your case and reinforcing our equipment checklists.

Arrived 3 1/2 hours past the booking window. Damaged refrigerator handles by shoving it through the door. Handles could have need removed. Didn’t ask where to place stuff.

They will be your main form of contact from start to finish of your project. On the day of the move, we will arrive at your home with a team of professional movers and all the necessary equipment and supplies to pack and move your belongings safely and efficiently.
