Although we requested hand trucks, dolly, tools they had none, we had to supply. They were so unorganized and spent much of the their time discussing what and how to move items. The one guy talked sooo much and held up the young men that wanted to work. They were under the impression they were to only work 5 hours but they stayed because Michelle asked them too although we hired them for 6hrs they still left about 30 minutes early and the last load, looked like they they tossed on the truck. Items were stacked on top of our glass table top, our desk came back in pieces, they dropped a bin with important papers and it rained all day so they were wet, broken lamp, we have basement items in the garage and upstairs items in the basement although everything was color coded and tagged, many dings in the walls at both homes. We are extremely disappointed and will never use or recommend this company.( note: there were 3 young men who we know tried very hard and was willing to work- one kept saying come on lets get this done, to you we say Thank You!)
For you! It was a very heavy rainy day with dangerous conditions. We still moved all your furniture with tarps covered without damage to anything. Then the truck would not go up driveway so we had to carry furniture up a steep driveway. On top of all of that, Supervisor
had to constantly tell customer not to put things on truck so they can load heavies first.

The move was a logistical nightmare, so it is hard to judge based on the situation.

They are nice people. Only they need to bring more carry tools like lifing straps, dolly, wrap pad with. They came to my job almost empty handed this time.
