This is a moving Broker Do Not use!!! Unprofessional… Liberty movers unprofessional tried to price gouge me. Lazy movers lots of staying around and smoking to inverse move time. I do not recommend them at all!!
we arrived at clients home for the loading at 10:00 a.m. I then had client sign form prior to moving. when I advise client that it would take over the 4 hours client requested that we only focus on the heavier items. I contacted the owner and hire a helper to advise them of the situation. Clienr was advised that it will be better to add two more guys to make the move go a lot smoother and would allow us to load everything from the house. client declined the two additional men due to the additional charges she would have to pay for four helpers we proceeded to wrap and load all items client wanted loaded which took us two and a half hours.
after securing the truck we proceeded to drive to the unload location. we waited about 15 minutes and discovered that the client had not secured a storage unit. after the 15 minutes client found another storage unit which was a 35 minute drive away from the documented location. at that point we waited 30 minutes for client to secure a storage facility for the unload.
I was upset that we did not start unloading, but I advised her we could not unload the truck until we had the unit number to start unloading. I contacted Mr Washington when we were reaching the 4th hour that was booked on the initial invoice. we then contacted higher helper to advise them of adding on the additional hours. when client realized that they were going to be more hours added on in order for us to finish unloading the truck she began to get irate with myself and with the higher helper representative.
The unload time took approximately 1.5 hours and once we completed it I contacted Carlos with hire a helper to let him know that we were done with the unloading. I had Carlos on speakerphone so he may speak with the clients who then declined to speak with him at which point she proceeded to get in her vehicle and drove off.

Hi I’m Shaun Washington the owner of Liberty Pro Moving I would like to thank Tommy Wimberley for being such a conscientious manager for our company and providing excellent customer service.
I myself talked to Mrs. Pendleton and she expressed to me her dire situation being evicted out of her place and my heart goes out to her because I know she’s in a bad way. I grew up in a single parent home and watch my mom go through hard times. I hope and pray things get better for Mrs. Pendleton but I do have an obligation to my employees and cannot let them work for free because they also have families that they are trying to support.
The things she said about our company and my employees was not accurate and I feel really bad that she felt the need to make such accusations and to drive off without even signing her contract thinking that we were not going to get paid after they bent over backwards to try to help her.
I’ve been in dark places before and believe me things will get better for you.

Our guys will call you on the way to your move . Once they get there they will tour the location go Over any instructions that u might have for them and formulate a pain to facilitate your move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Just be prepared to tell us what you want to go on first if you have pods that are going different places please Figure out before hand what is going on and where, if there are items that need to come off the truck or pod first please put those items to the side or point them out and they will go on last so they can come off first.
