One of the helpers needs to work on his customer relations skills. He was not motivated to do more than the minimum required. Boxes were not placed in the rooms they were labeled for. No offer was made to set up the bed. etc.

The crew was precisely on time. They worked non-stop and only quit early because the dumpster ran out of room. They cleaned up after themselves. They did ask for a few household tools but they did not expect the mess they found. I would highly recommend them and the company.

I can not say enough good things about the two gentlemen who helped us with our move. They were on time, courteous and very careful with our belongings. It was 97 degrees the day of our move and they did not stop once! We felt so sorry for them because we were ready to drop but they kept going. They came very well prepared with moving straps and packing tape. (We were happy about the tape because we ran out!) They gave us great advice on how to wrap our pictures so they would not break. I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them. They were fantastic!

The crew will introduce themselves to the customer and answer any questions they may have. Preform a walk-through of the home or apt. so the customer can confirm what is to be loaded. If we are unloading ask the layout of each room for placement of furniture.
