They were on time , worked hard. Picking up heavy boxes and furniture is hard work . My Futon hinges were dislodged. Found a piece on the floor of the container making the futon unbalanced, when I sat on it, it went all the way to the grown. I am not able to put the hinges back in order to use it again. Over all, they did a good job.
