After a hiccup with one of my PODS, my helpers for the scheduled day had to be canceled. I was on a deadline for PODS pick up, and the only day to unload was the day after original scheduled help. Tom was amazing and made it happen! My helpers showed up on time, they were professional, polite, and helped us to get the unload done. So very pleased and grateful.

They did a good job, specially in the heat. They were on time, did not go past the time agreed but took care of our belongings. Polite and respectful.
