My original movers cancelled because they didn't have enough personnel. Going Forward Moving was able to book my unloading only two days before it was scheduled to happen. It was also time dependent on the arrival of a PODS truck. The movers arrived early, planned the most efficient way to unload to let the truck move sooner, and were very efficient about moving my boxes from the sidewalk to the apartment. The logistics for this piece of my move were making me anxious and it happened with flying colors.

Going Forward Moving was excellent! They arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. I was worried about everything fitting into the POD and they worked some kind of magic to make it happen. They were polite and communicated with me frequently, asking questions as needed.

They were right on time.I had a heavy and large cabinet to move into the house they did an awesome job maneuvering it through the door and and finding a way to to set it upright ( the cabinet is 6 feet high and 7 feet wide ) They worked very hard to do it and were very careful not to damage the piece or the inside of the house. With all that they were a pleasure to work with and would definitely hire them again and highly recommend them. .This was done on a very short term notice and I am so thankful for them

This was the first time I used Hire a Helper services and I used these services to move out of my apartment and pack items in a portable container. The team was great - arrived on time, were professional and friendly the whole time, were very respectful of me and my things. Javier took the time to explain how they would do the move at the beginning of the activity and brought me out to review the packing in the container when they were done. It was very efficiently and neatly packed! I would use this service again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for help.
