I'd give Javier and crew way more than 5 stars if I could. Our move-out day had a rough start (I'm never renting from Penske again), but the crew was understanding and were still able to quickly and expertly pack the truck despite the delay. 13 hour drive and no damage to anything they packed!

Javier and Richie were awesome. We had movers cancel on us and they were able to fill in and get the job done even after they had two previous jobs the same day. They completed the job with the utmost care and efficiency and went above and beyond to make sure everything was where it should be while protecting our items and the property. They also communicated scheduling and arrival times extremely well and kept us in the loop which made a stressful moving day much less stressful than it could have been. Can't recommend them enough, awesome guys!
