The loaders arrived as scheduled. Both were hard working and very respectful of me and my property. We did a quick walkthrough as I explained my "must go priority items" and they immediately got to work loading the POD. They communicated with me through out the whole process and cleaned up after the loading. I would highly recommend them.

Workers arrived on time. However, on previous load of pod in June, the workers were very professional and did an excellent job of loading the first pod. However this time workers appeared not to be trained or prepared in proper loading techniques. Things were loaded haphazardly and ropes securing the items were loose. They said they did not have room to load my patio table but there were large gaps in the middle and back of the pod. They were very polite and worked hard but what I expect from Hire a helper and Unlimited moving services is movers with experience in packing and movingfurniture and household goods efficiently to fill the completelyu fill the POD without damage. Later in the day I found a large piece of the foot of my cherrywood 4 poster bed lying in the driveway. After the great job on the first POD. I am very disappoint in the move this time and if this is an example of usual workers sent out, I would not use Unlimited Moving services again. Please respond. Donna M Thomas

Would have been 5 stars until we unloaded and saw the damage. The crew was great, worked hard, were prepared, and nice guys...we had a complicated job and soared through it getting everything onto the right truck. For the most part they were very professional and knew their stuff. However, after 2000 mile journey, when we unloaded we found a lot of friction damage on our furniture...might have been some shortage of supervision for the large crew...furniture was wrapped in 2 distinct manners...most furniture was wrapped in heavy paper...some was just paper wrapped and the rest was paper followed by plastic and tape around the protruding edges. The latter arrived 100% in fine shape...the paper only had the paper wear away at the protruding edges and rubbed the finish off. I really hate to have to ding them because until this was found, they had provided the best moving experience ever. Only other beef is that we purchased mattress bags and they didn't use them, one of the mattresses arrived dirty from the trailer floor. I would totally recommend these guys, hoping this review encourages them to tighten up a few little things.

The head guy chris brought an extra person after he looked at images of our place online. They were on time and all knew what they were doing. Packing was thorough and they even stayed late waiting on an extra pod that was delayed.
