Friendly guys. Worked hard unloading my massive moving truck. Glad I had someone to organize my storage unit though. They would have just thrown things in there. I don’t like that you hire movers for a certain amount of time and if they’re done early, they charge extra to help with anything else and/or just leave and I’ve overpaid them b/c there are no refunds if they finish early (which they always do b/c they’re rushing). Helpful tip: hire for the minimum amount of time and just pay for them to stay longer if needed. It’s cheaper that way.

I had to buy rope less then 24 hours of the arrival of the helpers.
Helpers didnt secure my stuff well enough. Got to my Destination and found that things had shifted and fell.
Also i required some of my things to be place next to loading door and found them packed further into truck.
Some things i could not find at all.

Phillip, Brian, and Andre from Helping Hands Movers did an outstanding job. First, they called me the day before to confirm details, then they arrived early (after calling to confirm that was okay). While in my home, they were very respectful, kind, and worked extremely hard. They did an excellent job packing my two 16 foot PODS and were very efficient with the space. They got all of my stuff perfectly in the PODS. Bottom line - If I would have done this myself, I would have had to pay for an additional PODS container to fit it all in. So, basically they paid for themselves. I would highly recommend!!

Guys were super fast and handled everything well. Good communication before and day of. Pretty careful not to bang anything into walls or doorframes, laid out blankets to avoid tracking dirt in entryway. Would use again any time!
