We had a truly disappointing experience with **Moving Masters LLC**. From the start, the movers were slow, unmotivated, and constantly nagging about the work. Instead of helping us efficiently, they spent a lot of time on their phones, chatting with each other, and watching us do the heavy lifting. My wife, my 13-year-old son, and I ended up carrying most of the stuff ourselves while they stood around and barely contributed.
To make matters worse, they didn’t handle our belongings with care. They broke a chest of drawers and an Italian leather couch, and their poor packing job inside the truck was unacceptable. Half an hour before their scheduled time was up, they started asking to leave and completely stopped working, leaving us to finish the job ourselves.
This was a horrible experience, and I would strongly advise against hiring **Moving Masters LLC**. Moving is stressful enough without having to deal with unprofessional movers who make the process even harder!

Super friendly gentlemen who even were patient with me when I had them relocate the furniture several times to get everything to fit. They even asked me where everything went instead of just throwing it inside.

hire two people for 3 hours. The two young guys were fast and they were careful. finished all and unloaded in only two hours. Great young men and they managed alot in a short amount of time.

I had two teams. Four men to load my 26' Penske truck, and four different men to unload at my destination. The process was flawless! These teams are phenomenal. I highly recommend.
They disassembled and then reassembled my living room and bedroom furniture. All of my belongings were well taken care of.
I would like to highlight one gentleman, WHO SHINED IN MY EYES, and went over and beyond to locate and bring back to me an heirloom bin that had generational china in it...over 100 years old. This worker's name is Tobias. I can't thank him enough. This gentleman showed kindness and caring. I hope this review prompts strong recognition for him.

The customer can expect us to arrive on time with all the tools and equipment requested. All crew members will be in inform ready to work.

A customer should prepare by making the move as convenient as possible for the crew. From knowing what needs packed/loaded/unloaded. Placements of belongings when unloading/unpacking.

We provide video training to learn how to properly load trucks. We also have new members train with leads for a two week period.
