The two movers were wonderful and very friendly and I would definitely recommend with one caveat. I only met Brandon briefly but he had the second helper there shortly as he had another job to take care of. I would've given them a 5-star rating if they had the proper moving tools which is my caveat. I would expect anyone in the moving business to have the necessary equipment to do the job such as straps or dollies. I had my stuff packed, boxed and ready to go so I felt 2 movers for 2 hours would suffice, but I had to pay an extra $130.00 for an extra hour because they had not completed the load. If they had a dolly, or two, they could've carried two or three boxes instead of hand carrying one at a time and I don't feel it would've taken as long to load. I do not feel I should've had to pay the extra fee due to them not being prepared. As I said, they were very professional, helpful, and friendly so I made sure to tip them but I wish they would've finished within the two-hour window because that put out whole day off and we didn't get on the road to San Antonio, TX, until 3.5 hours later than planned

The customer can expect us to arrive on time with all the tools and equipment requested. All crew members will be in inform ready to work.

A customer should prepare by making the move as convenient as possible for the crew. From knowing what needs packed/loaded/unloaded. Placements of belongings when unloading/unpacking.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The traveling experience and always seeing a new place.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide video training to learn how to properly load trucks. We also have new members train with leads for a two week period.
