The guys were great! Only glitch is they were over an hour late (previous job ran over), but they brought an extra guy so once they arrived, that move went super fast. Very careful and respectful, clearly experienced and extremely professional. Recommend highly.

We were in a pinch when our friends canceled on us for moving into our 4 bedroom home. We called at 7 pm and the movers showed up at our new home at 11am the next day. They did an awesome job keeping our home clean and respecting our belongings. Great experience, we would definitely recommend!

Awesome. Other movers cancelled and Bell Boys were available same day- to fill in their place. They showed up on time, were extremely kind, professional and courteous. I would recommend again to anyone!

They packed my husband’s medical equipment that was in the pile not to be packed. They were late. I called after waiting for 30 minutes yo be told yes they were still coming and he had sent guys to our house to start working. The guys arrived at our house and sat outside in their car for 15-20 minutes and by now they were over an hour late. When they finally came in; they said they couldn’t pack and they had to wait for their boss. They wandered around and took a few things down to the pod. They didn’t bring tools to take beds apart. Luckily, we had tools. We just had our POD delivered yesterday after being stored for almost 3 months. We hired actually movers to unload it. They couldn’t believe how badly things were packed in the POD. They stacked boxes on top of boxes that said do not stack. So far we can’t find the bolts for either bed; so slept on our mattress on the floor. Feet for couch are missing. So far we have two broken lights, dresser is scratched, and headboard and footboard are also damaged. Very angry that we went through PODS hire a helper company and used their referrals and it was a horrible experience! Would not recommend and definitely would not use again!
