The movers arrived early, were respectful, worked diligently, and completed the job in an hour! I would definitely use them again! My only "issue" is not with the actual movers who did the job, it's with the company/owner - Royal Movers. When I selected Royal Movers, I selected the option for free dollies. The day beforehand I called to confirm the job and I was told by the owner that they do not offer dollies free of charge. Hire-a-Helper confirmed that there is indeed an online selection that states FREE dollies, if requested. Good thing, we had covered ourselves and reserved one dolly with our rental truck pick-up for the next day, so everything went fine. Whew!

We hired Royal mover to unload a 12 ft pack-rat parked on our new residence. They got their on time with requested equipments . They were hard workers and finished the task on time. They were very polite and based on our experience, we would recommend them with no hesitation.

Ricky and his helper were extremely professional. They were here right at the scheduled time and handled our very old, antique (heavy) family furniture with care. They unloaded several items from a moving truck and placed the items in several places around the house as requested. I'll definitely be using them again.
