I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience — they were so amazingly kind and helpful moving my 82 year old mom. Not only were they on time and prepared, but they were patient and respectful in placing every box and every piece of furniture exactly where asked. First, they are trained customer service. Then we train them on how to load and handle certain objects. We train them on packing as well including how to properly wrap fragile items.
