Yosio and another gentleman showed up a bit late which is normal with California's traffic, but they were very efficient and hard working. I definitely recommend using their services.

I paid for four hours just in case the move went slowly. It did indeed go too slowly, but we still finished in two hours thanks to my partner doing half the work himself, wrapping furniture, carrying, helping reload the truck. Even though we hustled to make this happen, I am being charged the full four hours. I was under the impression you got reimbursed for time not used. Apparently you get charged $120 instead. I want my money back and until then I will certainly recommend NOT using these movers. Others will do it better, faster, and more honestly.

on time, worked hard. It was a difficult move as they had to carry stuff a long way through the hall ways and the guys did a great job. Only thing is they could have been a little bit more careful with our stuff and the building. two of the building's emergency exit lights got broken. I'll chalk it up to the difficult hallways. Would consider using them again.

I used Strong arm last year so decided to choose them again. Big mistake. not reliable and the owner Yosio can not be trusted. To this date he owes me hours of time of which he did not show up.

The two guys that came were amazing. Fast, efficient and they did the impossible! They arrived right on the dot and were friendly. We had a lot more furniture and boxes that we anticipated to fit into a 16ft truck and they did it within 2 hours! They were careful with our items and made sure that they didn't leave anything behind. Incredible. Highly recommend them!

Excellent experience! I highly recommend Strong Arm Movers. Yosio was very professional, he communicated with me frequently while I was out of state and showed up to the moving site right on time. He also arrived with an extra team member than I originally booked which was a huge help. The move went smoothly and quickly. I will definitely be booking their services again in the future! Great guys! I've had so many movers that move like molasses – you have to stand over them and watch the clock. These guys were the opposite. They were communicative, on time, and hustled. Super hard-working and swift crew. They respected my time and my belongings. I would highly recommend them!
