These guys were amazing. I was concerned about being able to fit everything in the container. They were able to utilize every square inch of the container and fit all our stuff in. Great attitude. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

The one guys was yelling / cussing / berating the other guy the entire time. My realtor even walked in while they were here and commented on how much they were yelling at each other, and that it was a good thing there werent any kids here to hear it. They began loading up the truck after i had asked them to leave the items in the garage, the truck was loaded improperly so i had to unload everything they put in. I asked them to use the remaining time ( about an hour ) to wrap up some of the wooden furniture in the garage. they wrapped up a couple items very poorly, and left many others unwrapped. they did a lot of standing around, then about 20 mins before the time was up they asked if they could leave. I would like at least a partial refund on this due to the poor experience, please.

Making sure all items that can be packed is safely secured. Remove any small items that will be in the movers walk way.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
