I couldn’t have done this without their help and I greatly appreciate what they helped me achieve. That being said, they did damage a couple things and arrived 20 min after they said they would arrive. It was also difficult to get a hold of a person to confirm after I made the appointment.

The older brother didn't move anything. All he did was yell at his younger brother. They forgot 27 items I pointed out at least 3 times. I offered tie downs they said they got this "we'll pack it tight nothing will move".
We went to storage to pick up some other items. We went to open the back of the truck and we couldn't. A bookcase my grandfather built was broken. My grandma's dining room table has a big gouge in it. It took us 4 hours and 11 MINUTES to remove and repack everything. Then I filed a claim with Hire A Helper and never got a response. I would NEVER use either company again!!!

We handled all types of moves from rearranging furniture in a house doctors office, spas, we do state to state lots of work is local for the average joe/Jane from one location to the other.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Traveling is the best part of the move seeing different areas and meeting people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Communication skills as this is just as important as any labor skills. We teach them to stack boxes properly, use moving equipment such as dollies, hand trucks, rope etc
