I was surprised that this foreman did not show up with the proper equipment to move a very heavy gun safe even though I had communicated twice that this safe was very heavy and I allowed them to move it buy hand (my fault) I then watched my gun safe topple off of the ramp and land on my garage floor... I guess that I should be happy that it was moved and no one was hurt but it's frustrating to watch something that you've worked so hard for get scratched because of poor management, if I knew ahead of their poor planning and lack of equipment I would not have hired them.

Handled furniture very roughly. 2 desk, 2 recliners, and king bed frame, head and foot board, All completely destroyed had to replace at a cost of $4500.00. The movers did not seem to care how they handled all items just wanted to get done. I will not be recommending them to anyone.

I scheduled 4 men for 2 hours to help load already packed boxes and furniture into a moving truck. The contract was for them to arrive between 9am-10am, but did not arrive until 10:45am. Also, only 3 men showed up not 4. They finished the job a little after 1pm. The man in charge of the 3 men told me they needed 4 hours of pay for their service, even though they were there barely 3. I paid the extra hour but not the 2 extra hours he thought they should get. No personal belongings were broken and their organization of my things were good, but their customer service was not. I will be calling to get my price adjusted for 3 men and not 4 that I agreed to.

The crew used came from Box Right Moving & Delivery in Longview Tx. They arrived 45 minutes later than their scheduled 1 hour window. They only brought an appliance dolly and 4 wheel dolly for moving 4 bedrooms worth of furniture. They flipped over an antique dresser and slid it down stairs rather than carry it down. There were 2 experienced and 2 novice workers. Unless the skilled workers specifically told the novices what to do, they stood around doing nothing. Two of them spent a great deal of time on their cell phones instead of concentrating on what they were hired for. They also spent a great deal of time bickering about how the job was to be done. I would not hire them again.

The first day we used them they were great. The second day they were 2 1/2 hours late. Two man crew. Two guys work and one (the boss) sits in the car. Two of them did not have a car the boss picked them up after he finished driving the school bus. They are nice guys but they depend on the boss to bring them to work.
