We were not happy because the Pod was not packed the way we would have like it. My husband and I had to redo the packing of the pod because it was not evenly balanced and some boxes may have fallen. I don't know where they have put all of my fragile items or anything that was glass they were labeled so they could see that I hope they don't get damage. They were not prepared with Dolly's . I would not use them or you again. On time yes.

First, the movers were two hours late in arriving which delayed the move to the new home until the next day. They kept saying, "we'll be there in 30 minutes." Secondly, the packing of the moving truck was unprofessional, i.e., using our bed comforters rather than the 3 dozen supplied pads was a bad idea.
