They were on time, they worked hard, but seems like they didn’t know what they were doing. I had many stuff and I had to give them some ideas how to organize everything inside the container. Because they had to remove some stuff in order to reorganize, the process took two more extra hours that I had to pay.
I didn’t receive my container yet, but I am really concern about my things.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
