They were on time and knew my name. Walked the house to see where everything was going. Only too 40 minutes to bring everything in and stage how I wanted it. Very respectful of my possessions. Didn't try to drag or drop anything. Would use them again in a heart beat! Will let friends know about them. Their price was very reasonable too.

The two young men who came to unload our POD were courteous, hard working and very careful handling our belongings and caring that they didn't scratch walls or doors. Couldn't had picked a better company to use. My only request is that the company would call the day before to give an idea of what time they would be there to unload the POD.

Again, I would like to say Thank You to Jon Atkinson and his incredible crew for all the help they were to my sister in getting her moved into her new place! They were on time....very organized...,very respectful of my sisters belongings and went above and beyond in helping get her place situated. I also want to thank them for communicating any issues or problems that came about, which were very few...to me as I am in NJ overseeing all my sisters move.. Service was acceptable, but they overchaded they originally estimated 4 hours 2 people for $405, they completed the work in two hours, I requested a refund more than a week ago and nobody answer at all! I send the request again and still nobody care to answer me. I think that is a terrible service..! I am still waiting for my refund , if I receive it I will change my ratings

They supposed to come between 1:00 and 2:00 PM, but because the 2 helpers that was comming to help us had an acident... the Discounted Moving company called me sayng sirry and changing the time to start. Ok, they came around 4:00 PM. We were glad because they came, BUT the two guys already were super tired. They were polite but just not there. They finish unload the truck on time but they left bags, even some furniture in the garage... they unload the truck but like “let me finish this because I want to go home”. We had to asked them “ please this two peaces supose to go to the office and not stays in the garage” ... because they already were tell me that they finished... After they left I found much more stuff in the garage and we did move them to inside the house ourself. If I recomend this time ... no I do not.

These men were extremely helpful to my sister who was having a Pod loaded for a move....They were coming from quite a distance away and called from the road to keep us posted on their arrival.... They arrived between the designated time and were 100%. Prepared to work! They contacted me with any issues to resolve such as my sister not packing up her huge big screen TV.. and let me know that certain pieces had to be disassembled before being loaded. They were extremely respectful of the items they were moving and took great care in making sure that the items were packed properly to avoid any scratches or damage. We have contracted them to help unload the Pod and move my sister into her new place in the next two weeks....I have asked for the same crew if available... I would give them all a 10 ??Star review if I could! I won’t hesitate for one moment recommending this company to anyone who needs help with a move! Simply Wonderful!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
