The job was subcontracted out without my knowledge. I was never called by assist a boss and had to call them twice to confirm my appointment. I was never told another company was handling the job when I spoke with them. The men who actually did the job were good and arrived on time.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
