Hired a 2 man crew for 2 hrs... Had a window arrival time between 4-5pm. There was a delay with the original crew but replacement crew arrived to the apartment about 5 minutes after I did. They got right to work and understood what needed to make it on my truck and how to best maximize space. Even helped take apart my desk so it could fit through the door. Ended up going over by about 45 minutes which was no problem. Only issue was they didn’t have a dolly to help facilitate quick loading but my husband had his. They even called me to remind me to close out the job on hirehelper.com. Which I had done great crew.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you are Packing on your own. Prepare all your belongings with the proper packaging materials. If hiring a mover focus on packing your boxes and labeling them correctly. Try not to over pack so things can be moved swiftly and prevent box spills. Be sure to check all dressers or drawers are empty and contents are stored and prepared appropriately.
