Not just on time, but ten minutes early, worked so quickly I was amazed, definitely fit within the time. So professional and hardworking! Both my roommate and I are moving at the same time to different places, so I was a little concerned in advance about making sure all and only my stuff got moved, but they were great at keeping it all straight (probably even better than I would have been)! Very careful with the items they were moving (I had a LOT of furniture). I booked my small pod knowing it probably wouldn’t all fit but they used the space incredibly efficiently and secured things very well. The only thing I left behind was a large table that I thought was a long shot- they even offered to take it apart to make it fit, but I have a bit more packing to do and was also conscious about the weight limit of the pod. But I’m sure they could have done it and I really appreciated the offer! If I weren’t moving across the country I would definitely use them again!

Best moving team I have ever worked with! They arrived on time, filled our uBoxes expertly, and made sure to wrap each piece of furniture with the furniture pads. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help loading!

They packed our pod like it was a game of tetris and they won big. I don't think there was 1 extra square inch of space left when they were done. They were also super polite and professional. I would totally hire them again.

They were awful! Showed up three and a half hours late which caused us extreme delays with our move. The two crew that showed up were inexperienced and didn’t seem to know what to do to pack our POD for long distance move from CA to FL. They were slow and not efficient which caused them to not get enough done and then we were charged an additional hour of time. When I complained to Daniel, the owner, he was unwilling to budge or work with me on the inconvenience that he caused us. I’m very disappointed with the service and am very unsatisfied!!
As a small business owner we always welcome positive and negative feedback. Positive feedback encourage us to keep going and negative feedback allows to grow and learn. 1. Your order was taken because the time originally was “anytime after 3pm” your desired time was 3:30pm we did our best to meet that timeline but it wasn’t possible. But per our agreement that time wasn’t guaranteed.
2nd the fact that you called inexperienced it is a lie, I was there supervising until the job was done. 2nd floor we worked nonstop, we wrapped everything. Just because we didn’t arrive at the time you desired doesn’t make you entitled to free hard labor. I invite to whoever is reading this review to check the 99% great reviews we have. I sincerely hope your move goes well.
