The movers were kind and on time and despite my building having a flight of stairs, they got my belongings loaded into my pod within two hours which was wildly impressive. However in the end, I have two rather big issues: 1. I have a 55” tv I implored them to please be careful with, and had the box clearly labeled as fragile, which side was up, and which side the screen was on. Not only did they stand it upside down so the top of the tv was on the ground, I also heard them knock the box over so I’m more than a bit nervous the tv is broken and I won’t know until next month when my POD gets unloaded into my new place. 2. I’m moving across the country so to save on costs, I got the smallest POD container. I put all the boxes that needed to go in the pod in a specific room and showed them exactly where they all were so they would only pack the things I wanted. Additionally, I went through my whole apartment with them to show what few pieces of furniture I’m bringing. I was simultaneously selling belongings so after my walkthrough with the movers, I met some buyers outside for a bit and when I went back upstairs, I saw that they had erroneously packed at least three large boxes/items that were in a completely different room than I had showed them, taking up precious cargo space in the tiny pod. But they were already buried in the POD so it wasn’t worth the extra money it would cost to keep them past two hours. So a bit frustrating that I now have to ship some belongings that would’ve otherwise fit in the pod

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
