I was really happy with the service of Lucky Movers. They got stuck in traffic and were actually kind enough to call and let me know that they would be about 20 minutes late. They were totally prepared once they arrived and worked really hard! Plus, they were very nice and extra respectful of all of our things. I was moving from a third story condo that had a loft, and they somehow got all of our stuff, including a washer/dryer/fridge and my daughter's very heavy dresser, down without damaging anything. The dresser was in the loft and had to be carefully lowered down. It was crazy, but they were pros! I would definitely use this company again. Very, very happy with their work.

Please type review here...I hired Lucky through hireahelper.com to move my daughter's stuff from my sister's house to a new apartment. My sister and daughter both reported that 2 very nice young men showed up on time and very comptently got the move done in the alloted time. We would definately use them again .

I was so impressed with the team that showed up to move me! I watched in awe as they moved swiftly and loaded my things with care and amazing speed. I had a more complex move with two locations that had items to be loaded on my moving truck and was blown away with how expertly this team packed my truck and made everything fit. I drove that same truck for 1500 miles from California to Texas. Not an item was damaged. Showed up an hour earlier than scheduled, and while they did an safe, thorough job in packaging and moving our apartments, it got very slow after the first apartment. Their truck didn't have a ramp, so we had to wait for them to come down on the lowering device of the truck, which they used every time bringing anything down. All in all not a bad move, but definitely could've been quicker. At $60 an hour, you might want to consider better options.

- The guys (Denis and other guy) showed up on time
- The guys were professional in their approach and courteous.
- They got our stuff from 4th floor apt loaded into truck, transported for 35 miles and brought the stuff into the new apt on first floor in 4.5 hrs. They even made an extra stop on the way to pickup a bed from our friends place which provided the extra 0.5hrs.
- They wrapped our sofa, TV and any material to be avoiding scratches in blankets and carefully transported to the destination.
just would need to mention, I decided to carry some easy stuff myself down in order to save some time.
Would definitely recommend them to others.

The workers showed up on time and did a fine job for the price. There were two guys, but both were quite small -- they seemed to have difficulty with our heavier furniture on the stairs. One of the guys spent some time on his cell phone. Overall, they were not very efficient. On the bright side, they were nice and respectful. Overall, I'd recommend them if you have a smaller load and don't want to pay much.

These guys were amazing!!!! Shane and Tyler were our guys and I cannot say enough good things about them!!! They arrived right on time, and were done in the exact time allotted!! They were fast, and very courteous, and packed our truck, which I drove from Cincinnati to California, perfectly. They used the space on the truck perfectly!!! They disassembled our furniture in a easy way that made putting it back together simple!! Lucky Movers,specifically Tyler, and Shane are incredible. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Expect us to come on time, be fully prepared and fully equipped on your moving day. We might give you a call upon our arrival to confirm the arrival time. Expect courteous and professional work by our movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure to prepare a few moving blankets and may be a plastic bag for your matress. We will deliver the rest for your move.
What types of moves have you handled?
Currently we handle local and long distance moves going as far as 300 miles
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It's meeting new people every day and seeing new places. Some workout is also big plus.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers to be precisly polite and respectful to the customer's household and its belongings. New members learn at first how to wrap and protect and handle the things. Maneuvering and moving large furniture skills next. We train our movers how to pack a pod or truck like playing the tetris game.
