They were amazing! Very communicative regarding ETA, friendly when arrived, efficient and careful while in the process of loading everything in my POD. Definitely would recommend!

I would definitely hire them again. I'm having new floors installed so I needed to pack up most of my things, also the flooring installers wont move heavy or delicate pieces of furniture. Charley and Anthony were on time and got all of my stuff moved into the POD within the 2 hr Initial time limit. I plan to have them come back to move my stuff back into the house when the floor install is complete.

Memo and Jose did a great job. We were moving from a POD to a nearby truck and some yahoo parked within a few inches to the POD door. Rigo's movers worked with the situation and made the move super easy. They were very hard working and did more than we could have ever expected!

Anthony and Javier were amazing! They were prepared and packed our POD extremely well. They were also very respectful of our requests for special handling. Rigo's movers clearly know what they are doing and the rates were very good.

Arrived about an hour early after calling to ask permission. Arrived with rope , wrap, dolly and energy. Made all of the heavy lifts and packed dishes, glassware and nic-nacs. Took great care in handling the fragile and valuable items. Definitely wold use again.

This 4 man crew was awesome. They arrived on time. Even took a few minutes to exercise/stretch their muscles so they wouldn't hurt themselves. They were cheerful and worked hard. It was a hot day so I provided bottled water for everybody. I also thought it was important to provide sandwiches for lunch. They carried a 600 lb. piano down a flight of stairs and up into the truck. When I booked the job, the person said that 4 guys could pack a 26 foot truck in 4 hours ---- they were exactly correct. The guys took everything out of the house (boxes, we had packed, furniture, etc). Spent a few minutes studying how it would fit, then put that three dimensional puzzle together perfectly. The truck was packed completely full, to the top and to the back door. After driving 1327 miles, nothing had shifted. After finishing the 26 foot truck and having lunch, they helped my son's and I move several heavy pieces into the 16 foot truck we had also rented -- all of this and they still finished in 4 hours. A job Very Well Done. I would hire them again.

Mover came an hour and 20+ late but showed up with an extra worker to facilitate the move. They worked hard and fast.

LA traffic being what it is they were about a half an hour late, however, they communicated with me about traffic before I could wonder where they were. They were extremely prepared for their job! They helped me unhook my washer and dryer, pack my flat screen tv (because I couldn't do it by myself) and, as soon as they saw everything that was going to be moved, they had a plan. They worked extremely hard the entire time they were here and helped to keep the amount of space I utilized to a minimum to help me save money with the moving company. They were very respectful to me and treated my belongings with care. I would definitely use them again.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
