They were on time, professional, and did a great job.

Rigo's movers were amazing and so friendly. My pod door was stuck and wouldn't open, the movers worked on the door for about an hour and were finally able to get the door wide enough for one of them to slip through, go inside, and fix the problem. Everything else went smoothly and they were great to work with!

I hired Rigo’s Moving Company to unload a 22-foot truck to my new apartment. The 2 guys that came to help were very friendly and efficient. They made sure to take proper care of all of my furniture and were personable along the way. I’d definitely recommend Rigo’s to anyone needing help with loading/unloading!

They showed up at 7 on the dot! When I booked between 7 & 8 I expected them around 8:15. Not theses guys! They came, we’re polite and friendly and began moving immediately! I booked for 2 hours and thought if they went over, I’d pay the extra charge. They were done and gone in an hour and a half - plus my POD was so professionally packed! I have no doubt everything will come out as neatly as it was packed. The company kept in contact with me in the days leading up to the move. I’m a fan!

Just finished talking to Martha at Rigo's Moving Company and we did advise that my supervisor was not happy of late arrival. Also the movers did the job in two hours and we are approving the the thee hours of labor. Martha advised that if we decide to choose them for another project, we will be getting a discount. Just a reminder that the arrival time was from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM but we agreed to arrange the movers to arrive at 12:30 PM on the dot. The movers arrived after 2:00 PM. We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
