We have used HAH all around the county, and Rigo's was one of the best for sure. Javier and Gustavo (as well as Martha from the office) communicated throughout the morning before their arrival, and the guys showed up right on time. They were very experienced, had a great attitude, and worked very hard. Would highly recommend this crew and company to anyone.

First they were on time. The 2 young men were clean in appearance and they were respectful to me and in taking the necessary time to carefully move our household furniture. The only issue I have was that I booked for 3 hours and everything was done in 1 hour or less. When I inquired with the moving company about a possible rebate they referred me to HireAHelper. HireAHelper said it would depend on Rigo's policy. So therefore neither were willing to rebate any portion of the fees. It would have been better for me to book for 1 hour and then pay any extra if we went over the time. Very disappointed in that aspect of the move.

The two guys were late but they called to let me know, worked very hard the entire time, polite and helpful. I would definitely use them again. Only one suggestion, maybe use work gloves so furniture, etc. don't get dirty. Thanks.

On time, polite, professional, amazing packers/loaders/unloaders... From start to finish, Rigos movers, as well as customer support @HireAHelper, helped make my move as stress free as possible! I hope I won't have to move again any time soon but if and when I ever do, you can bet I will be using Rigos Movers again! Worth every penny, these guys stayed until the job was done.. Luis and Javier did an awesome job for me! They showed up early and got started right away. Their teamwork was like "poetry in motion." They never slowed down. Their loading and unloading techniques were very professional. They did not harm one item of mine and in the end, my move was extremely successful. An added bonus is that they were really nice guys. I would recommend them and I would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Anthony and Ishmael were phenomenal. They showed up on time, reviewed the scope of work with me as we walked from room to room, then got right to work. They were careful not to damage any doorways while moving large tables out of rooms. Also super careful not to damage any furniture. They even added some padding and shrink to some especially fragile items that I had not wrapped well enough. They were super respectful of me and my belongings. And boy-o- boy can they pack a pod!! I had a second pod ordered on hold in case the 17' was not big enough, but they loaded everything with plenty of room to spare. It was masterful the way they packed and puzzled everything in to the space and were mindful of making it easy to unload at my destination. A couple tips: if you're shredding old documents before moving, save the shred in trash bags! Makes a great space filler!! I wasn't sure but I saved about 10 bags and every one was used well. Tip #2: If you are lucky enough to have Anthony and Ishmael as your "hire-a-helpers" from Rigo's moving, over- tip them!! Whatever you may have been thinking, double or triple it. They deserve that. Great guys. Excellent work. Thank you Rigo's. Thank you Anthony and Ishmael. You made my super- stressful move a bit less so. I appreciate. Now if the rest of my move goes this smoothly I will be thrilled.

This was our second experience with Rigo's. They packed our first moving container a month before and they did such a quality job, we used them again. Even though we had two different movers, the care and quality still existed. They took the time to get the container as tightly packed as possible given the challenge of many non-rectangular pieces. The difference of Rigo's and other moving labor helpers was evident when we had to order an emergency moving container for the remaining furniture the next morning. Rigo's wasn't available for the short notice we had and we were forced to use another vendor. They did not come close to Rigo's quality. Never again will we deviate from Rigo's.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
