The movers Jacob and Santiago were awesome! Efficient, safe, and took great care of our items.
The scheduling was a little frustrating because I got a phone call to confirm my appointment from 9-10am in the morning and was asked if we could 1-2pm instead. I said that we could and was told that it needed to be confirmed with the drivers and that someone would call me back to confirm then new time. I was told that if I didn’t get a call back, that the original time would be the start time. I didn’t get a call back so I made plans accordingly. No one showed up between the time of 9-10am. I did not get a phone call but rather I had to call to find out what was happening.
The movers showed up at 12:30 and did an excellent job, the scheduling needs to be improved. I had to rearrange my day to accommodate the lack of communication and scheduling.

Santiago and Javier were on time, courteous and professional. They took great care loading our Pack rat container. They filled it right to the brim and fit all our stuff from a 3 bedroom house into a 16 × 8 container.
We definitely want to recommend them highly. Marta in the office was wonderful. They finished our job on time in the 3 hour window.

I’d use them again definitely. I was able to easily book online. The day before they called to confirm a time but let me know they may be running an hour or two late. The day of the move they were scheduled to be at my place between 10-11 and they arrived at 11:41 and used the exact 4 hours I prepaid for. I have no idea how that happened. Literally went over maybe 3 minutes. Impeccable timing and I appreciated the quote being what I ended up paying. They wrapped TVs and furniture for me so I paid for the roll of plastic and tipped online. Super nice guys who worked very hard.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
