Extremely easy to work with! I move my daughter from Louisiana and was looking for some help to unload my pod. The pod came early and Jay’s Moving adjusted my unpacking time to accommodate me. They were very professional and worked very hard to get the pod unloaded. I would definitely use them again!

Very punctual, efficient and friendly! They packed our 16’ pod in just over 2 hours. They were so good we hired them to come back and unpack the pod too. Communicating with Jay was easy and he was super responsive. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Jay’s Moving was the best experience I have had with movers! Jay was very nice and had great communication. He was even able to show up earlier than our scheduled time. He was prepared and able to take large loads of stuff on each trip which was great because our apartment was pretty far away from where our POD was. Everything was packed securely and handled carefully. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know moving!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After a customer book they will get a call to confirm the order and go over details. Communication is essential.

They should expect a well trained and clean crew ready to make their moving experience stress free.

Depending on their type of move all the costumer has to do is give us the exact details of the move and we will handle the rest.

What training do you provide your crew members?
We do hands on training with our own furniture/items. We make sure they are well trained before we send them out on the field.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
