I requested 2hrs of help and scheduled early morning 8:30am as I needed to be at work by 1pm....I received a call around 9am stating the movers were running late....they did show up shortly after 9:30. They moved our furniture without any damage or problems. At one point during the 2hr window I requested the movers offered to reassemble our bed...I asked if that would put them over their 2hrs I paid for and they said there would no extra charge but when they were done they said I owed for additional 45min which when I texted in the job complete I could only choose .5hrs or 1hr so the mover said to pick the 1hr overage which I did because I was in a hurry and did not have time to argue but I don't think I should have been charged for the additional time especially since their late arrival caused me to be stressed and late for work. I would use them again if my overcharge is corrected.

Max was the boss of the team and he was wonderful to work with and understood quickly what we wanted him to do. Both men were just marvelous. They worked very hard and were very patient when we found out just as were to pick up the truck, that they didn't have the truck we reserved. Max urged us to be calm and they ciioerated completely while we went to pick up a new reservatiobn from a different company which we were lucky enough to find!! They did a fabulous job, protecting THE WALLS DURING THE MOVE and protecting our things. I would recommend them HIGHLY!! They were exactly on time, they were prepared, extremely respectful with all of us and with our things.
