Jim and Jim showed up early and ready to work. They obliged my need for heavy things to be tackled first even though it was opposite of their process. They adapted nicely to this request. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quick and efficient they were loading the truck. If I didn't move out of state, I would definitely use them again. I really appreciated their help!

I would absolutely recommend Full House Family Moving. They did not arrive at my scheduled time; however, I was moving into my apartment on September 1, which is a crazy time in Boston. Jim called me in the morning to tell me that they would likely be late, based on how their previous moves were going. When they did arrive, these guys worked hard. We had a full 17' Budget truck to unload, and they did it in about 1.5 hrs. That included moving a leather couch and a dining room table up a narrow staircase and through tight doorways. I felt as though Jim and Derek went the extra mile to make sure that our stuff made it into the apartment.

The two men who helped with our move were fantastic. A few minutes early and got straight to work. They were very strategic which helped keep things quick and efficient, and they were both very careful with all of our stuff. They were done with the hired job early and helped us with a few additional things afterwards. I can't tell you how grateful we were for their help!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.

Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
