We can't say enough great things about our helpers, John and Eric. They arrived early and worked very hard on a time crunch. They were very careful and thoughtful with our things and packing in container. They were able to stay later with no hassle. Would definetely use them again.

Exceptional Move! My two helpers were on time, worked really hard on a very hot day to fill a 26' truck. They worked non-stop, took exceptional care of all of furniture and household goods. They had good communications before and during the move. Everything arrived safely and placed exactly where needed. Please don't hesitate to use this company! Rock Stars of the moving world!

Although there were some timing issues (previous job ran over but they did communicate), Full House Family Movers showed up and worked efficiently. However, there was a problem encountered during the move and they were very unhelpful in finding a solution. The serious problem came a year later at the time of unloading; it turns out the movers never roped or tied off my belongings, which shifted significantly during transport and blocked the gate from lifting all the way. We almost had to find machinery to cut the gate open, which would have been very costly. For this reason I feel the movers were careless and would not use them again, nor recommend them

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
