They arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. I had an oversized mirror that they wrapped incredibly well. The move was a 10 hour drive and nothing moved in the truck. I highly recommend and would use them again.

This had to have been one of the strangest moving experiences of our lives! First off, let me give you a little background about the job. We live in Dorchester, in a triple decker, and on the third floor no less. You know how narrow those darn staircases are, so whoever gets this job has got to be up for a challenge. But as if that’s not bad enough, our hobby is rock collecting. And I’m not talking about a few pretty rocks you found at the beach, I’m talking about a thousand pounds of rocks! So we hire these guys to help us move this collection, along with the usual furniture and all the other crap you accumulate over the years.
I get a call that they are on their way.
But this is where things get kinda weird. They show up on time so that’s a good start. But then I see these four guys, and I don’t think any one of them was over 150 pounds, skinny as a reed they all were. I’m thinking these guys couldn’t possibly be the movers who are gonna haul our rock collection and furniture down three flights of stairs!
So I take these guys upstairs, and I show them the mountains of boxes and crates, point out the furniture that has challenged some of the biggest movers, and then I show them the boxes containing our rock collection. To be honest, I thought these guys would turn and run down those stairs, never to be seen again!
But I was wrong! They calmly looked at me and said that they would get right to work.
And that’s where the craziest transformation took place!
Suddenly, these guys changed before our very eyes and became Monster Movers! They were grabbing three and four boxes of rocks at a time, moving so fast they became a blur! Up and down those narrow stairs they went, maneuvering furniture around as if it were practicality weightless!
And all the while they were polite and respectful, loading the truck with precision and grace. We watched in astonishment as rooms full of furniture and boxes rapidly emptied as if by some kind of magic! These guys were beasts!
And then, when they had finished their four hour stint, they suddenly transformed once again, back to their regular selves. It was a truly amazing thing to witness! We had never experienced anything like this before, but we knew, without a doubt, that if we were ever in need of help moving our mountains of rocks and all our other possessions, we would call these guys without hesitation to help us once again.

The two gentlemen that helped me were excellent. I had scheduled arrival between 1-2pm and they were promptly there at 1pm. They were very careful with my items no matter the size and they were very kind to my family while they were present. I would highly recommend Full House Family Moving for any size move. They did not bring any moving tools with them so I would recommend having a moving dolly present to assist.

The movers did a fantastic job. They paid attention to the labels on the boxes and checked with me about where everything should go. I have a third-floor walk up and they never complained. They were cheerful and friendly and quick without sacrificing any quality. My moving day was going really badly so having two excellent movers really made it so much better.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
