Absolutely amazing experience. It took me and two friends three hours with the help of an elevator to load my truck, and these two gentlemen unloaded the whole thing within one hour with only the use of stairs. Both of them were extremely nice and helpful the entire time, too. I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I’m definitely using Full House Family Moving again and asking for Jim!

The service was good and efficient. The terms of service were shady. We paid for a certain amount of people and time when placing the order. They finished early and left. There was no communication that we had more time that was paid for. That would have been a reasonable assumption to be told about the extra time. They have a no refund policy which is strictly enforced.
We only wanted them to be upfront about this situation and have a quick discussion about the terms of our agreement. No more, no less.

The two movers were from ""Full House Family Movers" working thru "Simple Moving" who acted to coordinate the move. They showed up on time and got to work right away. I am doing some interior renovation and needed help to move some old furniture to my garage and to curb for disposal. I showed them what I wanted moved and they did it pretty easily, maneuvering even in some tight spots. The two guys worked hard throughout the 2 hours. Saved me a lot of headaches trying to do it on my own. Got rid of a lot of clutter, the house looks great. Would call on "Full House Family Movers" in the future.

I highly recommend this company for your moving needs. Two wonderful individuals arrived on time and did fantastic job with loading the stuff. We thought we may not be able to fit everything but they organized in such a way that everything got in and within the scheduled time span. Fantastic job!

They can expect honest, quality service. I will answer any and all questions at almost any time of day or night.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.

Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
