The service was excellent. Both of the movers were polite and very pleasant to work with. They arrived on time and completed the work efficiently. I would absolutely work with this company again.

Moving job on June 18th 2017. Two helpers where there to load the truck. One helper (Louis) sounded new to the job, kept saying "he is a cook". Second helper (Eric) had to direct Louis to do his job while getting frustrated and showing an attitude to us. We felt they were not professional at all after the move, not to mention sending a cook to help for the move. Everything went bad, when they started to load a sectional leather couch, especially the Chaise section of the couch. They tried to get that section out of the door as soon as possible rather than thinking to see how to get it out. Keep in mind, there was not even a single scratch when it was brought in. Eric kept asking me, whether I knew how it was brought in, I said "I don't know", as I was not home when it was brought in. Later I heard him mocking me to Louis about what I said, that I don't know. They shoved that section of the couch through the door multiple times. Poked a hole, tore couple of areas, many scratches. Other sections of the couch were shoved through the door as well, luckily damages weren't too bad. They also damaged two door frames, wood were broken and chipped off the frame, paints were peeled off and many scratches. I had to hire a carpenter early next morning to fix the door frames, as we sold the home and new buyer was moving in that day. When I called the owner of the company, he was not helpful at all, no acknowledgement or taking accountability for what happened. Definitely will never use this company again or would not recommend.

Guys were amazing. Strong lifters and extremely careful. They worked as a team. They also took their time to plan each large item move and arranged everything in the truck for maximum space efficiency. They were also helpful in disassembling a large saw table saw and carefully tied hoses and electrical cords together for large appliances

The workers were on time and came prepared for the job. I did call before they came to make sure they brought along tools, as some of the furniture needed to be taken apart and reassembled. They worked hard and made sure everything was moved carefully and put into the appropriate room. I would be happy to use them again, but one suggestion for the workers would be that they have a uniform of some kind. I realize they are moving furniture, but just matching colored shirts or something to show they are professionals would be helpful. I actually passed them in the hallway before realizing they were there for my move. There was no way to distinguish them from anyone else. Overall, they did a good job and I was very satisfied with their work.

We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
