I think they did a wonderful job, & would use them again. The only problems I had was that I couldn't get ahold of anyone throughout the day to confirm they were coming. When they finally called back it was after the arrival deadline. Isaac said his first partner bailed & he had toget another. They ended up arriving an hour late. After arriving, though, they HUSTLED. It took exactly 2 hours to get done, but those guys did a great job!

Wish there were more stars for these SUPERSTAR gentlemen. Both Eli and John were a pleasure and efficient! Communicative, excellent organizational skills and gentle with all my deceased mother’s precious treasures. It’s lovely to be given so much assistance considering not all things were in boxes or stored well for travel. Eli and John made certain I wasn’t left in a lurch or scrabbling to fit all the odds and ends of my childhood. I appreciate all their meticulous attention to detail and compassion. Without Eli and John this morning would have extended into several days instead of the brief, professional service in under the allotted time. Words don’t convey my gratitude just hire them and you’ll see firsthand how great these gents are at relieving your moving anxieties. Thank you both again for your time and consideration. Unfortunately, they did not arrive at scheduled time of 7am. Nobody answered the phone until my third try. When I asked where they were, they were completely unaware of the move even though we verified by talking over the phone twice. After explaining to them that we talked previously, they acted as if they remembered and said that they are on their way will be arriving in 40 mins. It was clear that I was actually their morning wake up call. They actually ended up arriving 1.5 hours late past our scheduled time. One positive thing was that they worked really hard to get our stuff loaded in time, which we appreciated. But forgetting about the reservation is not acceptable. On their listing it says uniformed service, but they were just wearing their casual clothes.

They ran into scheduling problems, arrived late, were exausted when they got here, cracked corner glass on one display care, i would not use them again.

All training is done on the job, but the new guys are never given a task thats tooo much to handle

Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
