The guys worked hard and were very polite. Definitely struggled with some of our bigger items, and did show up without some of the equipment that was said would come. Overall we were satisfied, but do feel they are a bit on the pricey side as we paid half the price hourly for our loading crew.

They deserve a raise

The two young men who showed up to help us unload were very polite and hard-working. I have to admit I pre-judged them because of their youth and thought they would not do a good job. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG!! They were strong and focused. They unloaded the entire 26 ft U-Haul truck themselves. I simply stayed in the truck and staged items for them to take into the house. I was so happy because my daughter, son-in-law and I loaded the truck ourselves and it was full front to back and top to bottom. Their front office stayed in contact with me a day or so before our move. Loved the communication.
I would highly recommend them if you need some muscle!!

The 2 guys I had did an excellent job unloading 2 PODS in 3 hours and I am going to try to make sure I have the same guys on the remaining 5 PODS I have to schedule for unloading.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We will make contact via email and by phone. Then communicate throughout the entire process. We are flexible, because we know moving plans change.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We contact approximately 30 mins prior to arrival, bring various types of dollies and tools needed to complete the job.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have truck set and ready to go the day of, be packed and ready for the crew to load, lay down plastic or paper to protect carpets, call if any issues arise, and just breathe! We are here to help.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled over 1,500 moves of all varieties in our first year of business.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
It is very rewarding knowing that you helped someone and removed some of the worry/stress off of them in the process.
What training do you provide your crew members?
The best form of training is hands on. We have our newbies watch videos ahead of time and then run for at least 60 days with a tenured employee.
