They were friendly and very efficient. They were very careful with my belongings. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them or to hire them again!

Be very weary in using these movers. The helper will try to do the job, the main guy Zach will be slower, not careful of what you request and along the unloading process took time away from my load to help out other people at their units. I feel this was done on purpose to add more time. Then when I had to leave for another appointment that I was late for I was told to sign his paperwork so I could leave. Feeling frustrated and alone in the dark I hurriedly signed but at the time saw no figures on the empty lines. No exact extra hours were discussed at that time but the company said it was already discussed which is a false statement. In talking to the main company associate I was informed their work did not represent the standards of Hire a Helper and I would only be charged for the initial 2 hours. However my account was charged for 2 straight hours and 3 hours of overtime. As I have stated I feel scammed. My rental truck was emptied but with the delays I feel like a much lesser payment should have been charged via the associate I spoke with regarding my issues. He clearly stated I would only be charged for 2 hours not the 5 I actually was charged for.

They came Same day I requested. The other company didn’t show up and they came that day, on time and communicated the whole time. Super efficient and were able to fit everything into the unit!

We hired them to load a 16 foot POD. We knew it was going to be tight space wise so ahead of time planned out where we wanted everything to go to make sure it would all fit. When Zach and Roland arrived, they said we would have plenty of space and not to worry. We deferred to them because they were the movers. They started loading, and of course, we ran out of space. By the time that was determined, it was too late to repack the back of the POD. They were nice and handled our stuff with care, but frustrated that we are now figuring out how to get the rest of our stuff there.

Zach's Moving was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9 and that's when they arrived. The never stopped working for the 2 hours they were here and they were concerned about my belongings and my home. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again for sure.
